Vancouver Museum Show...

February 7 - April 6, 2008

This was a group show, juried by the Crafts Association of BC, at the Vanouver Museum. It included about 80 BC artists and artisans representing clay, fibre, metal, paper, wood, glass and mixed media. What a diverse and fascinating show. I felt like an Oscar winner to be in such accomplished company. Thanks to the CABC and the Van. Museum for this opportunity.

The size of the pieces were specifically designed to fit on the gorgeous triangular shelves of the gallery space. Lots of friends and family came to the Openng night to celebrate with me the actualizing of an important personal goal. Yay! I feel like an artist again. Thank you to CABC staff and volunteers and husband, Ron, and friend, Bev (for the rocks), for their assistance. less ...
